I don't know why I don't remember Uncle Paco's more often. I met a friend here for lunch and the lunch menu is pretty large. I went with the "one entrée/2 sides" option with a chicken quesadilla...

Overall it was not good. Drinks were awful. Service was okay. Ambiance has great potential but everything else is so awful I'll not go back ever. The bartenders have no clue how to make drinks....

You can't go wrong here. The service is great. The food is Bomb, and the ambiance is casual so sit back, relax, and enjoy.
