Traditional Acupuncture by Mark Hovis
(4)
History
In 1977, while working on my degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education, I was in an accident and received a serious leg injury. I was very impressed with how quickly I recovered by using Qi Gong and acupuncture. While I taught school for 16 years, I studied several alternative health therapies. In 1993 I began to attend many Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner level classes. It is a beautiful and very deep study of an effective healing art. I use it everyday in my practice. In 1996, I enrolled in an acupuncture school, graduated and passed the national certification exam. I have been practicing Jin Shin Jyutsu and 5 Element Acupuncture (Classical) for 20 years.
Specialties
I give long sessions of 1 and 1/2 hrs. I practice classical Chinese acupuncture with a very effective yet gentle, hands over clothing, polarity therapy called: Jin Shin Jyutsu. I also incorporate hand and feet reflexology with each treatment. I have over 20 years of clinical experience and I am nationally certified in acupuncture (NCCAOM). My fee is $65, check or cash only.

I've been seeing Mark for a few months. Love the atmosphere, the detail to your needs, and he has the most soothing voice!
