underground has the BEST chai!!! they also have great tea, including a bunch of flavor options. i haven't had their coffee recently but i imagine it's great. they have many options, coffee or not

really enjoy the cozy, slightly gritty vibe of this place. The lattes are great, and it's the perfect spot to get some work done. Definitely recommend!
