Since 2010, Tulsa Opera has expanded its commitment to education and doubled the size of Tulsa Youth Opera's training program and now presents an important children's opera each year. Clark Youth Theatre, established in 1978, is Tulsa's longest-running youth arts program, offering a vibrant and diverse range of theatrical experiences for young performers. With a jam-packed 45th season featuring 9 main productions, 10 weeks of camp, 28 weeks of classes, and 4 weeks of workshops, Clark Youth Theatre is dedicated to providing a connected and safe environment for children to explore their artistic talents and develop essential life skills through theater. Under the leadership of Executive Director Tammy Slack and a dedicated staff, Clark Youth Theatre has persevered through challenging times, ensuring the safety of their participants by implementing necessary precautions. With no current COVID restrictions in place, Clark Youth Theatre continues to foster laughter, music, and emotional expression, celebrating the joy of theater while nurturing future leaders through the development of kindness, empathy, patience, focus, task completion, and teamwork.Generated from the website
