I started working as the Know It All after spending over 20 years on the retail side of home improvement. I had worked with clients over and over that were frustrated with the lack of contractors that would call back, show up, or complete the job given satisfactorily. Another complaint was having to hire multiple contractors to complete their project since one did one job but not another. Having always been hands on and determined to be sure anything done was done correctly and respectfully I left the retail sales and management side and began as the Know It All.
