I ordered an expensive plant be mailed w/ heat pack and insulation . This wasn't done. When it arrived it had no roots, folded into a too-small grocery box, not padded or secured. I was ticked....

Very poor attitude of the seller. Ships plants without enough cushioning, ships cheapest option and then won't speak to you if you have any issues. The plants are cheap already and barely rooted....

They cancelled one of my plants because it wouldn't fit in the box and never even bothered to contact me and say why. When I gave them a bad review the blocked me.
