I was last here in 1996 and the hair uts were top notch! But the "en" Massages afterwards wer amazing.. Ending everytime and if you wanted more well that was extra.. Has that changed? Best "en"...

Good for a cheap haircut that is about it. She has no understanding of how to do an actual haircut and will mess it right up. Absolutely no better than the military barbers. Would not recommend...
