We travel frequently, and I've NEVER been to a "Roach Motel", like this! There were literally roaches and broken furniture. The front of the business states, "New Rooms"... There is no way that...

Front desk , very rude , no smiles not attentive , just asked for name , ID and credit card . The hallways have a bad smell , had to hold my breathe to go into room. The room didn't seem setup...

A very mixed bag. The cons: Our room had not been turned from the previous guest, so we found hair and snot in our bed. The walls are paper thin and so we heard everything happening around us....
