The service was good but my husband's sandwich had a piece of a screw in it. We will NEVER be going here again. This is ridiculous!

Subway has really gone downhill. Went in for a sandwich and they have incredibly old lettuce that is transparent or brown, got 3 whole cucumber slices on a 12 inch sandwich, and impatient service...

ordered two sandwiches and the footlong "pretzel" which was hard as a rock, our dog wouldn't even eat it. I guess they save them for people that order delivery. Do better.

Why does subway not offer sweet & low artificial sweetener for diabetic costomers who like a ice tea without sugar?
