Southland Mini-Storage was opened in 1976 and has been at the same location for almost 40 years. We are located behind the NE corner of 51st and Yale, behind the Arby's. We are in the same neighborhood as the Thorton YMCA, across from Lafortune Park, and one mile from I-44/Yale. Whether you are coming, going, or staying right where you are, if you need an affordable storage solution for your belongings, Southland Mini-Storage is right for you. We focus on friendly service, affordable rates, and maximum security. We make sure that our storage units are clean, orderly, and secured at all times. Not just anyone can step onto our property and snoop around. Staff and security cameras guard the facility at all times. We are a small storage facility with only 217 units, so we know what personal attention is all about. There is NO DEPOSIT and LOCKS are FREE while you have a unit here.
