Southern Oaks Library, located in Oklahoma City, has been serving the educational and cultural needs of south Oklahoma City and Oklahoma County since 1975. Renovated in 2012, the library expanded to 20,000 square feet and features sculptures by local artist Joe Slack titled Cover to Cover.
