Bad management screws the crew over needs to learn to help others when someone is not have a good day but instead they yell at them everything is not about speed fix it

I love Sonics food! Always good and hardly ever get our order messed up here like other fast food restaurants.

Terrible service. It took them almost 10 minutes to give us 2 ice cold burgers. I had to reheat my burger at my house since it tasted horrible being so cold. This place has been going down lately...
