I ordered my food and paid for it, waited almost thirty minutes and hit the button agin to find out they "forgot" about my order, tried to bring out cold food and asked if I wanted them to "remake it"

I have worked at sonic before and we have never let anyone wait 10 minutes or more for their food. I told them we were waiting for 20 minutes and he said "you put your order in 10 minutes ago"...
