History
We opened in October of 2009 in a shopping center near 38th and MacArthur. We offered 24/7 access to great equipment and personal trainers. As our business grew we soon realized we needed to increase our building size and add additional amenities. In July of 2013 we moved to our current location. We still offer 24/7 access to great equipment and personal trainers but have also added private showers, tanning and Fitness On Demand group class system.

Our mission is to change lives with our result-driven culture both inside and outside our gym walls. Our goal is to encourage, motivate and drive our members to success. We are here to show support and ensure every member reaches his or her potential.

Pro: it has a card access and the gym is clean. Cons: The gym is very small and it is rarely staffed. When it's not staffed you are at the mercy of who else is there. Its a great deal for younger...

This is a great facility. Clean and well maintained equipment. Mike (manager) and April (trainer) were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back when I'm in town again!
