No high pressure sales tactics. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They know so much about each bed style, sleep pattern studies, etc that it made us feel like we knew something too....

Don't buy a sleepnumber bed! didn't have the bed very long the pump went out. We gave 8000.00 for the bed so it wasn't their cheapest one plus we are older folks. When the pump went out in August...
