History

Showhomes is America's largest and only nationally franchised home staging provider. Since 1986 the Showhomes franchise has collectively helped sell over 25,000 homes worth over $8 Billion across the country. The locally owned Tulsa Showhomes franchise was started in 2010 as a turnkey package of services to transform a vacant house into a valuable, cared for home complete with nice furnishings and a designer's touch. Today we also offer Re-designs of owner occupied homes for sale as well as homeowner's newly purchased homes.

Showhomes Tulsa specializes in Home Staging. Whether the House is vacant or lived in we can make it look its best. This is especially important when a house is for sale. We are certified with the Design and Staging Academy. We are members of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors and have access to the MLS system. Most of the homes we stage are For Sale listed with various realtors and brokers. Where we believe we bring the most value is with vacant homes that are for sale. We carefully screen to find a manager for the home while it is for sale to live there and pay the utilities and maintain the lawn until the home sells. We use a combination of the managers furniture that meets our requirements and our own furniture and accessories. We service the Greater Tulsa Area which includes the surrounding cities and towns of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
