Four County Mental Health Center Inc. is a not-for-profit licensed Kansas community mental health center founded in 1964. Located in Coffeyville, Kan., the center serves residents across the southeast Kansas counties of Chautauqua, Elk, Montgomery and Wilson. It provides its services primarily through two services divisions, including the community-based mental health services for adults division and the community-based mental health services for children's division. The mental health care facility's clinical services include therapy, crisis intervention and medication management. Four County Mental Health Center Inc. provides a full line of services, such as mental health outpatient services, alcohol/drug abuse services and senior outreach services, to name a few.
