My daughter fell off our dock and got a bad gash under her knee. Staff was very professional. Dr. Rogers was very friendly and talked her through the process while he sewed her up.

Rude nurses! Only a few will use lidocaine to ease pain of geriatric patients..who have a history of failed IV catheterizations! If surgical nurses.. can use lidocaine ..and gain IV access!!! Then...
