She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class XXIII and a member of Rotary Chapter 29, Public Relations Society of America, the Stakeholder committee for Central Oklahoma Turning Point, the Steering Committee to open the Oklahoma History Museum and the Junior League of Oklahoma City.Debbie received the 40 Under 40 award from OKC Business in 2003 and the Journal Record's Achievers Under 40 in 2004. She has received several local, regional and national awards for her marketing/communication planning and implementation including PRSA Upper Case Awards, IABC Black Gold Awards, AWC Clarion Award, a National Apex Writing Award and a National Apex Logo Award.
