Rural Water District
Water District No. 7, established in 1968, serves over 3,200 customers across both rural and urban areas in Johnson and Miami counties of Kansas. With over 250 miles of pipeline, the district has a commitment to providing a safe water supply and has expanded its services through acquisitions, including the addition of approximately 700 customers from Consolidated RWD No. 6 in 2017.
Governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, the district prioritizes high standards in water service management and regularly addresses operational concerns through scheduled meetings. As the district continues to grow, it remains dedicated to adapting to the needs of its diverse customer base.
