We are a small family owned business that got our start because of our love of bbq and outdoors. We entered a Smoke competition in 2016 and fell in love with the thought of serving people this outstanding food! From there it was just a slow process to put it all together and now we are a full time catering and competition company.
Specialties
We are a strictly Catering and local event Company established in 2018 and thrive on customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately we do not have a storefront at this time but are eager to obtain one eventually. So if you have a Wedding, birthday, quinceanera, employee or customer appreciation, corporate, small get together, bachelor/bachelorette, divorce party or funeral we do on site cooking with full service or drop off.

We went to the smoqued festival in Las Vegas and your food truck was there. Line was always busy but you got your food out... hot and fresh. We had the cowboy cornbread and we loved it so much...
