History

At Key Fit Nutrition we provide healthy, low- calorie smoothies, that taste like some of your favorite ice creams and desserts, served with a metabolism boosting, energy tea. All staff members are also wellness coaches and we specialize in helping our community with sustainable weight loss, healthy weight gain, and lean muscle growth through personal coaching options. Upon request, we provide wellness evaluations along with detailed meal and nutrition plans for our clients.
