Dump. Elevator broken so we had to climb stairs in the heat. They didn't even offer us some cold water. Room won't go below 74*. Door bumper in bathroom broken and tub is peeling. Takes forever to...

Bottom line: The Brand promise and services that I have known at Residence in were not kept in any way. Some of the recent reviews I have now seen on this hotel makes me realize I made a mistake...

Hotel was unable to provide even two extra pillows, in room phones don't work, tv doesn't work, there's flooding outside our room and there's a substance on the bathroom door that looks like...
