Called at 6:30pm and talked to reception. Told them I was bringing my son and would be there in 10min. Got there at 6:45pm. They were supposed to be till 7 and I even talked to the place prior....

I'd give less than a 1, if I could! Rude/short reception employees and excessive wait times to get in to see a dr for a workman's comp examination. Sat in the reception area for an hour and 45...

I would not use this rapid remedy urgent care center unless I was on my deathbed and there was nothing else open. (Even debatable then) I went in with a swollen face and and infection in my tooth....

Walked in with symptoms of the flu!! Because it was 640pm & they closed at 7pm we were turned away not to mention we were traveling through from Another state. Maybe Dr Anderson should put her...
