I came home from being out of town at 2am to flickering lights. At first I thought I had to change a bulb but then realized every single light, even the refrigerator one, was shaking like crazy....

very unreliable service, I can't wait to move so that I can have a better provider. we lose electric if the wind blows, we lose electric if it's a sunny day, we still might lose electric get it...

Less than one block away, my house still lies without power but PSO will turn on power to closed businesses like Burger King and Arby's on Admiral AND Street lights that should STILL be stop...

Bottom line is......pso robs us cuz they know we have to have electric. They suck in everything they do. I have a plan with them for so much a month and it's never been that. It's way over that...
