Established in 1975, Poos Taekwondo is a family-owned martial arts academy located in Edmond, Oklahoma, dedicated to providing high-quality instruction in the ancient Korean art of self-defense and the modern Olympic sport of Taekwondo. We absolutely love coming here! Mr.Poo is super nice and the kids love him! Definitely recommend bringing your kids here as you will see a transformation in them!
