We placed an order for dine-in and were forgotten. 40 minutes later I walked to the front to see where our food was, and they said it had been ready for over 20 minutes, but no one brought it out...

Ordered two pizzas with breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. Got home and started to eat dinner. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks had been prepared with rancid butter or oil. They were terrible....

Marked my order as ready to pick up through the app, when I arrived they said it would be an additional 40mins. Just ridiculous.

First time ordering Pizza Hut in years. I was quickly reminded why I don't eat there. The pizza was warm ish and tasted a day old. The wings were bad as in gone bad. The delivery guy didn't care...
