Came in to check my pep boys account. Brain says there's no information. Came in to see about my warranty on my battery. Brain says he can't bring that up either. BTW don't bother trying to buy...

Absolutely terrible service. Called to make an appointment at 2, they said it would be done in 30min just a simple headlight was out. I get there at 2 and they act like I never called. THEN TAKES...
