After tasting the unique buttery texture of Wagyu beef, I had found my new favorite type of beef. So much so, that I wanted to form a business around Wagyu beef. I only want to provide the best for my customers, that is why we provide Full Blood Wagyu beef. The Full Bloods produce more marbling and overall have a better tenderness within their products. After business grew, I also wanted to tap into the Grass Finished market to give people a different taste to compare against Wagyu.

Here at Payne County Beef Co, we provide both Full Blood Wagyu beef and Grass Finished beef to give you options on pricing and fat content. Our Full Blood Wagyu beef is laced with intramuscular marbling while containing large amounts of monounsaturated fat and oleic acids. While also high in omega 3s and omega 6s. This gives the Wagyu beef a rich buttery texture when cooking. We also provide Grass Finished beef.
