History
Many years in the making our dream to bring the flavors of the islands home to Western Oklahoma became true in 2016. Because everyone deserves a little Luau. As a mobile kitchen we are able to come to you or your town with the awesome flavors from the islands with our own little Okie flair. Our hand made flat bread for our wraps was the start for the Deep fried burgers that have become one of the most popular items on the menu. Stop by and see us if you have a chance, if for nothing else than to get one of our island cookies we give to every first guest. Aloha

We love to see smiling faces the first time they try our island inspired chicken and pork on our hand made to order flat bread wraps. We use the same bread to build the most amazing deep fried burgers and dogs in these parts as well. Our Deep Fried BBQ Onion Beach Burgers are out of this world! We start with our hand made bread dough and wrap it around cheese, grilled onions, bacon, our own BBQ sauce and a 1/3 lb 100% sirloin patty and deep fry to a golden brown. Stop by and give it a try, we'd love to see you smile.

Not only is the owner very nice, he will explain his flavors and where they come from too. The food is very fresh and Love is poured into the process. The flavors are fantastic to prove the time...
