The Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) has been recognized as a five-star library by Library Journal, the highest distinction awarded, thanks to its extensive resources and services that cater to the needs of the community. Currently, TCCL is expanding several locations, including the Owasso Library, to enhance the library experience for all patrons.
