This is our second time visiting Osaki and we were very disappointed. The service was horrible. The waitress couldn't tell us what was in a specific roll just said ummm a different kind of meat....

We ordered out the lobster roll and I would never do that again. Absolutely terrible piece of lobster. The shrimp tempura is fine but don't order the rolls with lobster. I give the shrimp tempura...

First time here. Upon walking in I noticed floor not really clean, a lot of clutter behind sushi chef. Was a rancid greasy smell. Wasn't greeted very well. I didn't get the warm fuzzy feeling...
