Overall, I'd say some of the employees are amazing and some are not. Basically, it's like any bureaucracy, with some people just putting in time, but some people working really hard.

A secondary car accident occured due to the police not securing the area and controlling traffic .. people got hurt INCLUDING the person in the original accident.. VERY traumatic event.
