Builders Association of South Central Oklahoma ( BASCO ) has been a community leader since 1949. We would like to extend our welcome and introduce you to our association.The Association is located in Norman, OK and serves the counties of Cleveland, McClain, Garvin and Grady. BASCO seeks to inform members of ongoing changes in the industry as well as improvements in construction materials and techniques through local, state and national educational programs.Norman Oklahoma is a city of the future, home of the University of Oklahoma, Sam Noble Museum of Natural History, The National Severe Storms Laboratory and many friendly people.
