ABOUT OK WHEEL & BRAKE The mission of OK Wheel & Brake is to provide honest and accurate automotive repair service to private and commercial customers in the greater Oklahoma City area ensuring safe operating vehicles returned in a timely manner. OK Wheel & Brake began business in 1956. The focus of repair at that time was mainly brakes, front-end repair, alignments and tire work. In the 1980's OK Wheel & Brake transformed into a more comprehensive automotive repair facility to better meet our customer's needs. In January, 1998, the Porterfields took over ownership of OK Wheel & Brake. At that time computers were brought into the business in the form of invoicing, vehicle history record keeping, vehicle system diagnostics and computer repair information. To keep up with the constantly changing automotive repair industry, our staff of ASE certified technicians attend training and seminars.
