IV tried different donation centers and they all hav lines but I return to Octapharma on 31st st Tulsa because the giv great care they are all friendly,rembers my name and always willing to help....

I got here at 6:30pm. They didn't seat me until 7:30 (barely anyone ahead of me) and THEN I didn't even get poked until almost 8:30. Absolutely ridiculous!! There was barely anyone here!!

The people who work here act like they are miserable. I had to take a work phone call, walked outside to talk (standing in front of their window the whole time) and they made me redo everything...
