Counter lady Lara or Laura could use a lesson in customer service basics. There are plenty of quality dermatology clinics around. Why go to one where you will be talked down to? Negative...

Got me in quick enough...but this place is NOT cheap and somewhat too "clinical". Had 7 pre-cancer spots and 2 non-cancer spots on my face. Although the latter only took a few additional seconds...
