If you like pharmacy staff lying and leaving out information when dealing with them than this is your pharmacy. If you can't call someone to let them know their medication is done then don't say...

They struggle to keep up with the quantity of customers they serve resulting in long waits and errors.

The wait is very long. There can be no one there after your doctor has called the medicine in hours earlier you will wait at least 20 minutes. There are a lot of people who work there as well.
