Mark Mayfield, MD

Growing up on a farm in the small town of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Tammy knew early on that she wanted to go into the healthcare field. She spent the summer of her sophomore and junior years taking classes at the university in Ada, Oklahoma to prepare for her future. She went on to marry her high school sweetheart and has one daughter and two beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves gardening and adventurous travel.

For Dr. Medina, joining ArchWell Health was like coming home. She grew up just three blocks from the location where she now practices. With both her medical degree and a doctorate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, she spent seven years on the University of Oklahoma faculty. She joined ArchWell Health because of its commitment to top-notch care for seniors. In her free time, Dr. Medina likes to paint and experiment with different art mediums.

Dr. Goodwin is an Oklahoma City native. She attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and specialized in internal medicine. She understands the value of spending time with her patients, getting to know them, and learning what’s important to them. Building relationships allows her to work together with her patients and address health problems as they come up.
