Decided to join Lyft 24 ever since seeing their ad on IG. I go to LT, but it's usually packed so, it's nice to go to a gym where I can actually get my strength training done within 30-45mins....

What a super nice gym here in Edmond. I did not add pictures of the gym floor because I don't need you people coming here to take up all the nice workout machines. Small gym but specializes in...

I tried to make this gym work for me but I just couldn't. For the cost I wished there was more direction and information on how to get in a good workout and use of the equipment.
