RETURN POLICY 90 DAYS.... Not what it use to be. Wasted so much time. They use to put it on gift cards after 90 days if it was still a product they sell. Now they are cheap. They wonder why...

won't take a return of unopened merchandise past 90 days!! RIDICULOUS. I spend $30,000 - 40,000 per year and will NO LONGER be shopping Lowe's. no wonder Home Depot is winning .

Short Staffed. No customer service. No asking for assistance when problems occurred at the register. No one cares about the customers which is how you get paid btw.
