Lathem Tool & Machine Inc. is owned and operated by Doug Lathem. Doug has worked in the machining industry since 1966, working for several different companies, working as a tool maker, designer, and manufacturing engineer. Once retired, Doug decided to open up his own shop with his son, Dale, as Vice-president. The father-son combo brings a blend of experience that can fulfill any job. Their experience allows for the customer to be able to choose either the old fashion way or the newer modern way. Lathem Tool & Machine Inc. customers appreciate the ability to solve problems of any kind.
