I'm most passionate about thorough care, listening to the patients, making sure they feel understood and that I've addressed each and every one of their concerns. I want to provide them with the level of care that I would hope for my mom and dad to receive.

I enjoy working with geriatric patients the most. They work so hard throughout their life and careers to enjoy retirement, but sometimes they suffer from multiple medical conditions that prevent them from accomplishing a lot of their goals. I want to help them through that journey so they can keep living their best life.

I chose family medicine because I enjoy taking care of all ages. When I started my practice, I delivered babies, cared for them as newborns and saw the whole age spectrum, all the way to older folks. I really do view every person as created in God's image and I take seriously God's injunction to care for every patient as part of our service to Him. As my practice has aged, our patient base has aged with it. I'm caring for a lot more seniors in my practice. When my patients come to see me, especially at the 65 Prime Plus clinic, I want them to know that we've set aside adequate time to be able to talk with them, to go over their history, review their medication list and really delve into the issues they're concerned about.
