DO NOT and I mean DO NOT use this firm for anything. They are overpriced, over charge and will invoice you for a service they didn't even provide. Don't walk... RUN to anyone else.

12 thousand dollars total to "review documents" When Klingenberg was called to testify in my case he was in another case. He was billing both me and whomever he was testifying for. This is fraud....

I would not trust them. I did not feel they did what I paid them to do. They were not honest with me. They did more harm for my case then good. Find another firm.

Didn't review all materials provided to them, left off important part of company valuation which was highlighted in financial statements and cover letter to them(debt carried on balance sheet)....
