We have organic real fruit yogurt parfaits made with low-fat yogurt, muffins, & 3 types of on-the-go oatmeal! We have regular coffee, & a large tea variety... all of which are diet and keto friendly! We make smoothies, protein shakes, ocean waters, and Red Bull & Monster infusion drinks called Red Bull and Monster Sunrises.
