Jesse Arthur, DO

I began my nursing career in 1996 and continued my education to earn my master's degree in nursing. Along the way, I was fortunate enough to work with a nurse practitioner. I chose family medicine so I could take care of patients across the lifespan. I'm most passionate about caring for children, but also every member of the family--caring for the family as a whole.

I chose family medicine because I care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Witnessing their health and dignity thrive brings me immense joy. My passion lies in geriatric care, where I not only enhance their well-being but also learn valuable lessons from them. In the clinic, I prioritize listening to my patients, striving to understand their needs for optimal health and care. The most fulfilling aspect of my practice is witnessing patients flourish with dignity and sustained well-being.

I went into this field of medicine because I enjoy enacting change by building long-term relationships with patients, and collaborating with other specialists to develop the best care strategy for my patients. Endocrinology is a specialty that allows me to go back to the basics to figure out root causes, and use this to make effective decisions about therapy plans. Endocrine bone disorders, adrenal disease and thyroid diseases are of special interest to me and have really helped fuel my continued interest in this field. I want my patients to know that when they come to see me, they are an integral part of the decision-making process and my treatment plans are individually tailored for each of them. I enjoy building long-term relationships with my patients and seeing desired improvements in their quality of life.
