Fairview Fellowship Home is a full-service retirement community that has been serving northwest Oklahoma with accommodations for seniors since 1961. The facility offers registered and licensed nurses and nursing assistance and individualized health care services. It offers a full-line of health care services for people with medical complications and disorders. It offers skilled nursing services, such as rehabilitation therapies that include physical, speech and occupational therapies, assistance with daily living needs, treatment and interventions of Alzheimer's disease and other mental health disorders. It offers various nursing services, such as screening and monitoring of medical, behavioral and nutritional issues; medication and behavioral management and restorative nursing.
