Only One person working the front. She has to slice the barbecue, serve the sides, and check out the customer customers. The wait was way too long.

I have been going to Jacks every time I'm in OKC since 1999. Never disappoints. Great BBQ, lots of sides to choose from. Service always good too.

Been there a ton of times. this was the worst experience I've had. Ordered the 4 rib dinner with double Jacks potatoes. The ribs were pitiful the ends of a slab, burnt and 3 inch riblets that...

The Jack's brisket was wonderful, and their special recipe fried potatoes are the best!!! I hadn't eaten there in years, but it's still great!
