NEW PROCESS AT THE DOOR!! When you walk in, go directly to the desk to the right and check in. DO NOT go to your doctors reception area... They will send you back to the new "Check In" desk!!...

Had my annual physical. Met at window with a warm welcome, printed med list and they came out to personally hand me my is and medical coverage cards. Appointment was on time, no waiting....
