Food was cold. The staff were all talking and not paying attention to the customers. We even had to ask for clean silverware and fresh coffee. Definitely won't be back to this location.

New Ihop at 31st and 129th just opened. Inside space is a little more open than most similar sized Ihops. Right now service is good but I expect that eventually it will settle to the same crap...
